Ted & Lynda Sorensen
About

Western Artist Ted Sorensen and his wife Lynda.

Ted and his wife, Lynda, live in the beautiful red rock community of Moab, Utah.  Prior to returning to Moab in 2008, where Ted now paints full time,  they  worked and lived on the White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation.  For  several years he  taught Algebra and Lynda  substituted at Alchesay High School.  Alchesay High is named after Chief Alchesay, who was awarded The Congressional Medal Of Honor for his bravery during the time he served as  a scout for General Crook.  Ted and Lynda feel that they were blessed to have the opportunity to live there.  The Apache culture is very family oriented and they will always cherish the friendships they made within this great and proud Indian nation.

Ted stays busy painting and Lynda handles the marketing and shipping.
