Desert Calm at Mesa Arch
Mesa Arch is located in Canyonlands National Park southwest of Moab, Utah. The view east beyond Mesa Arch includes The White Rim, and looks across the Colorado River (not visable in the bottom of the canyons) to the Manti LaSalle Mountains in the background. Desert bighorn sheep are common in the area. Except for during the rut, rams run together and ewes and lambs run together. At the present time this image is in competition and not available for purchase.
